1. Is Pueblo County approved for the program?
Pueblo County must maintain a two-week incidence in the appropriate dial level (Orange: lower than 350, Yellow: lower than 175, Blue: lower than 75) per 100,000 for all of the past 7 days. Pueblo County from December 28-January 10 was at 400.3 per 100,000. 0 days out of the last 7 are below 350 per 100,000.
2. Does my business need to provide proof of proper ventilation under the state requirements?
Business will be required to provide some type of receipt for service detailing what was done, or an HVAC representative can certify compliance during a site visit.
3. Do customers have to wear their masks in between eating or drinking?
Wearing masks is a requirement by the State of Colorado and must be enforced. Wearing masks should be encouraged when speaking with employees or staff but is not required once some type of food or beverage service is provided at the table. Masks must also be worn when moving around the business.
4. How are businesses required to screen customers for symptoms, perform temperature checks or ask questions?
Only the health questions are required. It is recommended, not mandatory to take temperatures if businesses can do so.
5. What is required to record a customer's name and what about parties with multiple people?
Only the head of the party must be documented along with the size of the party. This information must be retained for 30 days.
